Through this website, Casa Fundevila provides an online platform through which its rooms for reservation are advertised and visitors to the website can make such reservations. The prices on our site are very competitive. All prices on the Casa Fundevila website are per room for the entire stay, inclusive of VAT (VAT rates are subject to change by government imposition), unless otherwise stated on our website or in the email of confirmation.
We want you to pay the lowest possible price for your stay at Hotel Casa Fundevila. If you find your hotel room, with the same reservation conditions, at a lower rate on the Internet after making your reservation with us, we will adapt our rate to the lower rate according to the terms and conditions of the Best Price Guarantee.
3. Confidentiality
Casa Fundevila is governed by high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Except for information required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and credit card details to make your reservation at the hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to share your personal information with our affiliated Hotels, including our employees and employees of affiliated (group) companies, as well as our agents and trusted representatives who have access to this information with our permission and who need to know or have access to this information in order to perform our service (including customer service and internal investigations (audits/evaluations) for and in your interest. 4. Cancellation

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the performance of our services shall be governed and constructed in accordance with Portuguese law and any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and our services shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Vila Verde, Portugal.
